「1対１」で集中してラリーをしましょう。 招福来福・猫の手Off、回を重ねて1090回 !! 充実したひとときを共有できる、ヒッティングの相手を求めます。 前半は、グラウンドストロークでラリー。 まずはセンターストレート。続いてフォアハンドクロス、そしてバックハンドクロスで、ラリー。 球筋を見て、バウンドを予測。構えたまま動き、十分に打点に入って引き付け、振り抜く。 バックアウトせず、サイドを割らず、六分・七分の力加減で、まずは続ける。 際限なく、どこまで安定して繰り返すことができるか。 確実性、再現性を上げていきます。 後半は、ゲームを想定。サーブ＆リターンからの展開練習です。 --- 参加費 ---- =^・^= ---------------- ・1面1h/1人500円（主催者を含む2人） コート使用料・ボール償却費込み
