ストロークは試合の中核を担う最も基本的なスキルであり、ストロークの質は、プレイヤーの試合パフォーマンスや勝敗に大きく影響を与えます。 スライスショットは、守備的な状況で体勢を立て直す、相手のリズムを崩す、滑るボールでプレッシャーを与えるなど、多彩な戦術的役割を持つ重要なショットです。 またドロップショットは、テニスにおいて戦術的な幅を広げ、相手のリズムを崩すための非常に重要なショットです。 この練習会ではトスマシーンを使った球出しで、繰り返しストローク/スライス/ドロップ等の反復練習を行うことで体にストローク/スライス/ドロップ等の感覚を叩き込みます！一緒にこれらのスキルを高めていきましょう！ ■募集条件 各ショットを一通り打つことができる初中級程度以上の方。 年齢や性別は問いませんが 最大3名での練習なので２時間続けて動けるスタミナのある方を募ります。 主催者を除き１名以上の参加で開催決行とします。 ■練習内容 トスマシーンを使用してストローク/ドロップショットの練習を行います。 以下のyoutubeでトスマシーンを利用した練習のイメージが掴めると思いますので ご参考ください。 テニスオフではURLの貼り付けができないので以下にタイトルを表記しておきます。 動画のタイトル 「1人練習必見】1人1台必要！？最強トスマシーンのオススメ練習法3選！！！」 「これで決まり！1人練習に必須トスマシーン！練習法6選解説しました」 本練習で使うマシーンはボール供給のレールを追加しているので一回の補充で25球ほどボールを出すことができますが 2－3人で交代でストローク等を行いながら途中でボールを補充することで 練習ボール（150球ほど）がなくなるまで連続して練習することができます。 ■お一人当たりの費用（コート代＋練習用ボールの購入費用への充当など） 一律 600円 現金もしくはypaypayでお支払できます。 練習用ボールを150球ほど用意します。 ■雨天や強風による中止の場合 中止については開始1時間前までに伝言機能でお知らせします。 ■その他の注意事項 ※申し込み時点でキャンセルの可能性がある方は参加をご遠慮ください。 ※他でも募集しているため期限よりも早めに締め切ることがあります。
