・コート番号は承認連絡時にお知らせいたします。 ・参加費:1,500円 ※PayPay、LINE Pay、メルペイでの支払い可 ・開催人数は主催者枠を含Max10名といたします。 ・締め切り時間後でも定員になっていなければ、ご参加頂けます。ご連絡ください。 ・連絡頂ければドタキャンOKです。 ・ご連絡いただければ到着遅れや早退大丈夫です。 ・レベルや年齢は問いません。 私は初中級レベルです。 ・ミニラリー後、サーブ＆リターン、サーブ＆ラリーを行います。 ・ボールは当方で用意いたします。 ・フォームチェックの為に動画撮影を行います。 動画は後日、Googleドライブでお届けいたします。 (撮影機材の故障やデータの破損によりお届けできない場合もございます。) ・雨天中止の場合は開始時間の1時間前迄に連絡いたします。 ・障害保険には入っておりませんので、各自の責任でプレーお願いいたします。 ・主催者も仕事終了後に向かいますので業務の都合や交通事情により遅延や中止になる可能性があることをご了承ください。

本日の進め方です。 ご一読お願い申し上げます。 ↓↓ 【ひたすらサーブ&ラリーの進め方】 ※二手に分かれて1籠づつ交代で打ちます ※最初の2往復はリターンまでとなります。サーバーは4～5球、リターンは4名の時は2人交代、5名の時は1人で交代となります。 サーバーはリターンされた球を極力後ろにスルーせずにネットに打ち返してください。 (スルーするとバックフェンスに当たった後散乱して隣のコートに入るため) 5対5の場合は対戦が同じにならない様に適当に順番をずらしてください。 ※リターンは入った球だけ返して、フォルトはネットに引っかけてフォルトとサーバーに教えてください。 でも、サーバーはレシーバーを気にせず自分のサーブを練習してください。 ※ローテーション3往復目からはラリーを続けてきださい。 サーバーは3ポイント位で交代してください。 ※待っているかたは、隣のコートにボールが行かない様にケアをお願いいたします。
