ご覧いただきありがとうございます！ 私の知り合いでコーチをされている方がコーチングに来てくださいます。 ぜひともいっしょにレッスンを受けてみませんか？ レッスン費もリーズナブル！ 3名以上 1500円 4名以上 1200円 【定員6名主催者含む】 苦手なところを、的確なアドバイスと反復練習で克服できるチャンスです！ 主催者もレッスン生として参加いたします！ 球出し多めですので、初級から参加できます。 今回はストローク＆サーブ編！ ストロークは、打点への入り方、テイクバックからフォロースルーまでを意識して取り組みます！ 1時間程度の球出し、ヒッティングでアドバイスをいだだきます。 サーブは、準備から打ち終わりまでを習得していきます。 【注意事項】 ケガや物品の破損は自己責任にてお願いします。 施設は、無料駐車場・自販機・更衣室・シャワールームあります。 悪天候が予想される場合は、参加される方の出発時間に間に合うように、中止を決定いたします。
