■概要 ・基礎練習をします。 ※ダブルス想定のクロスのボレスト多めです。 ※ボレストはラリーが続く程度のゆっくりな球で練習します。（ボレーの強打ＮＧ） （ゆっくりな球ですが、速い球を想定して、早い準備を目的に練習します） ■開催日時・場所 7月13日(日)15:00-17:00（2時間） 小幡緑地テニスコート（オムニ） ※遅刻、早退は自由です。申し込み時に教えてください。 ■練習内容 ・アップ（ショートラリー、クロスラリー）【30分】 ・ボレスト【60分】 ・サーブリターン【30分】 ※数分毎に、休憩をとりますが、夏場ですので、いつでもご自身のタイミングで休憩・給水ください。 ■募集条件 ・中級以上 ■参加費 500円 ※遅刻、早退、一律です。 ※paypay可能です。 ※5千円札、１万円札は不可です。 ■その他注意事項 ・雨天等、中止連絡は1時間前～前日夜にいたします。 ・開始時刻から24時間以内のキャンセルは、次回参加時にキャンセル分をいただきますので、キャンセルしそうな場合は、早めにご連絡くださいね。
