開催日 ：2025年7月19日(土) 11:00～13:00 集合場所：上尾市市民体育館テニスコート Bコート 参加費 ：500円 募集人員：主催者を入れて4人 募集内容：初級程度のフォームを固めたい男性、女性を募集します。テニス歴の浅い人が対象です。女性の参加も大歓迎です。テニススクールでは物足りないと思う人参加お願いします。 気軽に応募ください。 練習内容：1.基礎練習 50分(ボール出しをお願いします） ①ミニストロークラリー ②ロングストローク ③ボレー ④サーブ＆レシーブ 2.練習試合： 70分 シングルス 2ゲーム先取・ノーアド ※1人でも参加予定者がいれば開催します。 ４人集まれば、最後ダブルスのゲームを予定しています。 保険には加入しておりません。 練習中・ゲーム時のけがや事故については自己責任でお願いします。 準備運動等は、事前に各自でお願いします。 雨天は中止です。 事前にわかれば連絡します。
