最初の３０分程度はShort Rally, Volley/Smash, Serving, Long rallyの練習をやります。 続いて4 Gameセットのゲーム試合。参加の皆さんをご紹介致します。 今後、当クラブに加入も可能です。 ⚽️多摩市愛宕1-66 愛宕東公園テニスコートBへ直接おいで下さい。 ⭕️参加者条件；中級 +、NTRP；4.0以上。経験年数８年以上。Sociableな方。 ⭕️試合形式：ダブルス試合ベース。ゲーム形式；４ゲーム先取３vs３で７点タイ ⭕️料金；300円/2hrs 500円/4hrs + ニューボール代（割） ⭕️主催者：経験50年 on & off、Retiree, Hard-hitter, 米豪駐在中、テニス経験
