朝早いと一日が長いですよ！ 子供が小さい方は、もってこいのオフです。 奥さんと子供が寝ている間に体をうごかしましょうね。(^_^;) 《内 容》 内容は簡単にアップの後、基礎練習 （6名の場合） ミニテニス ----------------------------------- 5分 ストロークラリー(2.5分×6回) --------------- 15分 ボーレー対ストローク(2分×6回) ------------ 12分 スマッシュ (2分×3回) ------------ 6分 チャンスボール (5分×2回)---------------- 10分 サーブ＆レシーブ (2.5分×6回)---------------- 15分 残りはゲーム戦を行います。 《集合場所》 親水テニスコート コート番号は、メールでお知らせします。 時間になりましたら直接コートにお越し下さい。 《駐車場》 無料です。 《料 金》 チーム開催のため 400円/ひとり 主催者を入れて、最大6名以下で行います。 ボールは、1～1.5ヶ月に一度、60球をＮＥＷボールにしております。 ☆ドタキャンのないようにお願いします。 ☆主催者枠からの参加希望により、定員にならなくても締め切ることがあります。 ☆雨天により開催中止のときは60分前に追加情報にてお知らせします。 ☆無料駐車場あり
