【注意事項】 ① 練習会参加後のオフレポへ感想や練習メニューの提案等を書き込んでいただける方と練習したいので、テニスオフのプロフィール欄に自己紹介等の記載がない方からの申込みは参加承認しません。 ② ボール集めの際にでも、適宜、水分補給等、各自タイミングを見計らってお願いします。 ③ 練習中のケガや事故等については、自己責任でお願いします。 ④ 撮影は不可とします。 ⑤参加後のオフレポを投稿しない方は、ご縁がなかったものとして、次回からの参加をお断りするため、ブラックリスト入りとなる場合があります。 【日時】 １１月１５日（土）午前８時から午前１０時までの２時間、主に主催者による球出しで、ボレーの基本練習を行います。 【参加者のレベル】 初中級以上(年齢性別不問) 【練習メニュー】 ウォームアップを兼ねたショートラリーの後、各種ボレー、スマッシュ、ボレー＆ボレー、ファーストボレー＆ミドルボレー＆スマッシュ(３球打ち)など なお、参加者の状況等によっては、練習メニューを変更する場合があります。 【会場】 越谷総合公園庭球場Ｆコート (川側一番奥のクレーコート) 【集合場所】 開始時刻にコートに集合してください。 開始時刻に遅れてくる場合は、直接コートに入って来てください。 【募集人数】 ６名程度 【参加費用】 参加人数・参加時間帯にかかわらず、一律一人当たり５００円を、当日、会場にて徴収させていただきます。 【使用球】 Wilson TOUR Standard 【中止の場合】 雨天等によるコートコンディション不良、ウェザーニュースで風速６m/s超の強風予報の場合には開催を中止します。 中止する場合は、できるだけ開催１時間前までに追加掲載します。 【その他】 参加申込後のキャンセルは、できるだけ早く、「伝言ページ」でお知らせください。 ご質問、お問い合わせも、「伝言ページ」を御利用ください。

【越谷】ボレー練習会（11/15）参加者の皆さん、早朝からお疲れ様でした。定員割れのため、ボールは少なめの76球を使いました。▽秋も深かまり、朝夕、寒くなってきましたが、本日は秋晴れで、心地良い汗をかくことができました。▽昨晩、夜ふかししてしまい、球出しがネットにかかるなど、お恥ずかしい場面が散見され、反省しています。▽また、こんな練習がしたいといった、アイデア出しを期待しています。(本日、63歳の誕生日を迎えた主催者より…）
■主催者様、参加者様、本日はお付き合い頂きありがとうございました。 また、主催者様には球出し ありがとうございました。 ■本日はボレーの威力を出すためYouTubeで見た「ゆるく握って構え、打点時に「ぎゅっと」握る」を試しましたが、打点時に面の方向が安定せず、打球が右に左に飛んでしまい早々に諦めました。もう少しやり方を調整してみいます。 ■先日参加したオフでサービスラインの少し後ろから強烈なスマッシュを打つ人がいました。自分はその位置から打てないので、ぜひ練習したいと思いました。少し後ろの位置からのスマッシュ練習。ご検討ください。 ■バックのハイボレー含めまだまだ練習したいので、また参加させてください。 ■PS.誕生日おめでとうございます。まだまだテニス頑張りましょう！
本日は皆様どうもありがとうとうございました。主催者様球出しどうもありがとうございました。ハイボレーの練習をしてくれたり、アプローチからのボレー、スマッシュと一連の流れの練習ができた良かったです。機会があれば、アプローチからの、ローボレー、ミドル・ハイボレー、スマッシュの一連の流れをやりたいです。またよろしくお願いします。
