尼崎のテニスショップSELFISH主催の練習会です！ コートでレベル分けして練習するので、自信のない方も上手な方もしっかり自分の練習ができます！ この練習会はきっちり練習をしたい、これからうまくなりたい方が集まってほしいと思っています。 球出しと進行は本職のテニスコーチが行います。しっかり２ｈ練習できます。 上手な方も、これから上手になりたい方と一緒にテニスを楽しめる、アットホームな練習会を目指しています。 ジュニアもよく参加しており、おおむね小学4年生以上の硬式テニス経験者でしたら参加可能です。 どうぞよろしくお願い致します。 １ 参加費 2時間1,500円 ・会費は開始前出欠確認と同時にお支払いください。 ・遅刻、早退での調整はありません。 ２ 練習内容 基礎練習コートでは２５分ほどのレッスン(球出し練習)がありますので、あまり自信の無い人もフォームづくりできます。 ガンガン打ちたい中級以上の方は、球出し中はフリーラリーでしっかり打ち合ってください。 (１)アップ(２０分) (２)球出しorフリーラリー(２５分) (３)ボレスト(２５分) (４)サーブからのクロスラリー(４０分) です。 ３ コート面数 定員 ２面 ２０人 ４ その他 (１)雨天時 中止になります。その際は開始１時間前までにご連絡致します。 途中での降雨中止は、30分未満は全額・30分～１時間未満は1,000円返金致します。 (２)コート番号連絡 参加申込み承認時にコート番号をお伝えします。当日はコートへ直接お越しください。
