1対1のリクエスト練習とゲーム 【内容】 ①アップ（10分） ショートラリー、ボレーボレー、ロングラリー、ボレスト ②リクエスト練習（50分） お互いにやりたいメニュー（例：球出しからのフォアハンド、ボレスト、サーブアンドボレー等）5〜10分交代で3セット ③シングルスゲーム 競技志向ではありますが楽しくテニスするのがモットーなのでお気軽に参加してください。 ・レベル：中級以上（性別問わず）で５０代位までとします。なお、中上級以上の方は年齢を問いません。 ・参加費：700円 ・送迎については要相談（対応不可の場合あり） ・雨天の場合は1時間前ぐらいに連絡します。中止の判断基準はウェザーニュースの１時間予報で雨の場合としますが、小雨の場合は実施します。 ・ボールは主催者で用意します。 ・駐車場と自販機はあります。 ・当日のコートは承認後お知らせします。 よろしくお願いします。
