内容はウォーミングアップの後、ストローク、ボレスト、サーブ、レシーブ等の基礎練習を行い、その後ゲームをします、主催者のレベルは初中級です。ゲームには主催者は膝のリハビリ中の為参加しません。 ■参加資格：スクール初中級以上、年齢・性別問いません。 ■参加費：700円 ■駐車場：有、1時間100円・上限400円 ■天候による開催の有無は1時間前位には追加情報等にてご連絡します。 ■怪我や事故は自己責任でお願いします。 ■募集終了後でも参加されたい方は伝言にてご連絡下さい。 ■10分以上遅れる方はご連絡下さい。 ■コート近くに更衣室・シャワー・自販機・トイレはあります。 ■締切時に定員が満たない場合、参加されたい方は、伝言にてご連絡下さい。では皆様楽しく練習をしましょう。宜しくお願いします。
