遅刻早退自由 【日時】 ３/5 木曜日 朝 6:00～8:25 (早退 遅刻ありですが事前にお知らせお願いいたします) 【募集対象】男子 スクール中級以上 女子 スクール初中級以上 主催者が日陰固定に寛容な方 1面4～5人 (最大5人) 【練習内容】⚪練習60分 ◇アップを兼ねたショートラリー ボレーボレー ◇ストロークラリー( クロス) ◇ ボレスト (クロス)。 ◇サーブ リターン 練習 etc ⚪ 試合 70分 ◇ ダブルスゲーム 試合球は新球ではないです。 【開催場所】 稲城北緑地公園 〒206-0802 東京都稲城市東長沼2996 京王線 稲城長沼駅 下車15分 【参加費用他】 ◇ 参加費 500円 ( 5名の場合) 450円(6名の場合) 700円(4名の場合) 多少前後します
