１．参加希望条件 ・一般中級以上の男女5人 ※中上級の方も、ある程度参加者に合わせてラリーして頂けたら、宜しくお願い致します。 (6球ぐらいラリーが続いたら、多少良い球を打ってもOKです。) ２．内容 練習案(Bコート) ※今回練習パターンは初なので、 イメージです。 7:00〜8:55 ラリー練習 ①アップ 10分ぐらい ・ショートラリー ・ストレートラリー ・クロスラリー ②ラリー練習案(70分ぐらい) 3人3人で分かれて練習 (適当に入替りお願い致します。) 半面1対1 ラリー練習 ※ノーミスでも2分ぐらいで相手替えて練習お願い致します。 ②-1 ストレートラリー練習 ②-2 ストレート バックハンドメインラリー フォアハンドメインラリー ②-3 クロスラリー ②-4 ボレスト ③ダブルスポイント練習 (30分ぐらい) リターン2人 サーブ側4人(入替り) or クロス半面(1対1) サーブからのポイント練習 ※多分均等に練習出来ません。 ３．ボールの準備 ・主催者がボールを用意します。 ４．参加費 ・600円(1〜3人) ・400円(4〜5人) ５．集合場所 ・府中市是政6丁目2365番地 ・府中市郷土の森庭球場 B面 ・無料駐車場有(多数) 6，雨天時 ・雨天中止の判断は、オフ開催1時間前に追加情報を出す予定です。 ・傘のいらない霧雨程度なら開催予定です。 ・開始時間2時間以上前から広範囲で小雨の場合は中止にする可能性が高いです。 7，その他 ・前日午前までのキャンセルはOKです。
