尼崎のテニスショップSELFISHが開講するテニススクールです。 (火)(木)で開講中！ 内容は、身体の使い方を中心としたショット練習と現代テニスのフォームつくりをはじめ、基本的なダブルスのフォーメーションや戦術のレッスンを行います。 ・必要な方にはSELFISH内のスタジオ(徒歩1分)て、身体の連動・体幹の使い方やストレッチレッスンもご案内しています。 １ 参加費 3,000円 ・会費は開始前にお支払いください。 ・遅刻、早退での調整はありません。 ・上記金額はゲスト単発料金です。月会費メンバー料金は別途。 ２ レッスンの流れ 例) ①ウォーミングアップ ②基本ショット球出 ・テーマに沿った球出し指導 ③テーマに合わせたラリー練習 ④形式練習 ⑤マッチ練習 ３ コート面数 定員 １面 ８人まで (各曜日、在籍者います) ４ その他 (１)雨天時 中止になります。その際は開始１時間前までにご連絡致します。 レッスン途中での降雨は、４５分以内の場合中止とし返金致します。 (２)コート番号連絡 参加申込み承認時にコート番号をお伝えします。当日はコートへ直接お越しください。 (３)入会 定期的に受講希望の方は、月4回の月謝制(10,000円)があります。 入会金はありません。
