いつもお世話になっております。 男性４５歳になります。 ■プロフィール 硬式テニス歴は18年程です。 高校生(15歳から) ⇒社会人(25歳ぐらい) ⇒(※※中断※※) ⇒社会人(37歳～45歳) 直近3年間は月１度のテニス練習となり、極端に練習量が減ったため、かなり弱くなりましたが宜しくお願い致します。 レベルは中級ぐらいです。 東京都文京区シングルス大会では、2回戦までなら進めるレベルでございます ■練習内容について 基礎練習を約1時間弱 （ショートラリー、ボレーボレー、ストローク、サーブなどなど） シングルスゲームを約1時間強ぐらい ※細かく休憩・飲水タイムとりたいと思います ■募集レベル 中級者～上級者 ※年齢性別問わず歓迎 ■参加費用 お一人様1000円 以上となります 宜しくお願い致します。
