◎個人開催の練習会です。 ◎練習とダブルスゲームを予定してます。 ※『意気込みをひとこと！』の欄には何時に到着と記入してください‼︎ 【注意事項】 ●個人的な練習会です。 ●レベルは中級程度以上でお願い致します。 ●少人数なのでキャンセルの可能性がある方は申込みをご遠慮下さい。ドタキャン困ります。 ●上級の腕前の方はいきらず胸を貸してくれる方ならウェルカムです。 【参加費】５００円 【設備】無料駐車場、更衣室、自販機有り。※月曜日は更衣室が使用できません。 【オフ内容】アップ5分 ①クロスラリー ②ストローク・ボレー ③サーブ練習 ④ゲーム形式（ダブルス） ※1 練習メニューは変わる場合あり ※2 上記の練習が一通り出来る方をお待ちしてます。 【使用球】St.James 【雨天時】開始2時間前に追加情報としてアップします。 【事故、ケガについて】自己責任で対応をお願い致します。
