テニスオフ詳細情報

主催者のテニス歴は約５年中級ぐらいです軽くウォーミングアップした後基本的にはクロスラリーやボレストなどの基礎練習など。全てにおいて多少のアウト球や追いつけるアウト球は基本継続します参加人数や状況によって内容は変わりますボレストやクロスラリーなどの基礎練を永遠とやる場合もあります他の事やゲームをやる場合もありますそこそこ体力必要かもしれません。年齢、性別、テニス歴は問いません ※基礎練が成立する必要はあります何度でも何枠でも参加ＯＫ遅刻や早退は自由ですその他の詳細はプロフィールをみてください参加費は３００円です
