初級さん主役の練習会です✧˖ 早期のご予約か直近の応募が 承認の可能性高めです♪ 保留をお知らせしたときは 「空き枠が出た場合のみ」ご連絡いたします。 基礎練多めでたくさんラリーしたい方、 優しいレベルでテニスを求めてる人、 ぜひ遊びに来てください ＜サークルの雰囲気＞ ・40〜50代メイン、男女7:3 ・20〜30代は人数、頻度少なめ ・話好きの人が多いです ・テニス以外の交流はありません ＜スケジュール／体制＞ ・月曜金曜、土日祝1の週3日開催 ・土日祝18:00／平日20:00開始 ・冬季は最大6人まで ＜基礎メニュー＞ ・ショートラリー ・ボレー（ロング／クロス／W） ・ストローク（クロス／ストレート） ・ボレーストローク ・ミニゲーム（ハーフ／ワイド） ・形式（雁行並行／ロブ足元／ハイバック） ・ダブルス（7Pタイブレーク） ＜参加費＞ 平日／1時間600円, 2時間1000円 土日祝／1時間800円, 2時間〜1100円 ＜月曜20:00〜21:00＞ 4-5人▶︎マーカーでコントロール練 「スライスとロブの基礎徹底練」 ・ストローク（ミドル／ロング） ・ボレーストローク（ミドル） ・スライス（ショート／ミドル／ロング） ・ロブ（スピンロブ／スライスロブ） ＜金曜20:00〜＞ 4人で▶︎1時間 基礎ラリーとテーマ練 5-6人▶︎2時間 基礎／テーマ／ゲーム40分 「基礎＋1テーマでマーカー練」 ・意表を突くドロップ ・陣形を崩すアングル ・外に逃げるショートクロス ＜土日祝 18:00〜＞ 4人で▶︎1時間 基礎／ゲーム15分 5-6人▶︎2時間 基礎／ゲーム40分 6- 7人▶︎3時間 基礎／形式／ゲーム60分 ＜承認について＞ 打てない方に自分のテニスを貫く人は 以降承認することはありません。 10〜80代までお迎えしているので 年齢に躊躇せず気楽にご参加くださいね✧˖ お待ちしてます♪
