シングルス練習＆試合（1対1） シングルスの試合経験を積みたいため募集しました。胸を貸してくださる方、ぜひよろしくお願いいたします！女性の方や、初参加の方もどうぞお気軽にご応募ください！ ■日時 10月8日（木）15:00〜17:00 ■場所 金岡公園テニスコート （コート番号は承認時にお伝えします） ■参加条件 • 年齢、性別、経験は問いません。 • 目安レベルは中級ですが、お互いのミスに寛容で、リスペクトを持って楽しく真剣に練習していただける方であれば、どなたでも大歓迎です！ ■内容 • アップ（約15〜20分）: 最初から新球を4球開けて使用しますので、感覚をアジャストしてください。 • 試合（残り時間）: 6ゲーム先取（ノーアド）で、時間の許す限りまわします。 • ※「試合より特定の練習を多めにしたい」、「体力のペースに合わせて休憩を挟みたい」などのご希望があれば、柔軟に対応可能です。 ■参加費 900円（コート代・ボール代込み） ■その他 • 雨天中止の場合: 開始時間の1時間前までに、テニスオフの追加情報にて告知します。 • 怪我、事故について: 保険には加入しておりませんので、怪我等は自己責任となります。お互い安全第一でプレーしましょう。
