無料駐車場、シャワー、トイレ、冷暖房完備クラブハウス 参加料金: 3000円(円）継続割引有り2500円 木曜は、基礎の中でも特に **「再現性」「安定」「ラリーで崩れない基礎」**を深めるレッスンです。 4名限定のため、 実質マンツーマンに近い形で、 あなたの癖・傾向・準備の流れを細かく見ていきます。 ・軸の安定 ・打点の一定化 ・ちょうどよい力の使い方 ・ラリーで崩れない基礎の再現性 基礎を整えることで、ラリーや試合の安定感が大きく変わります。 希望者にはフォーム動画を使った個別改善コメントもお渡しします。 ※お一人様参加の場合は、 濃密な75分レッスンとして実施します。
