播磨町浜田コートで初級、初中級基礎練習のみ

iCalendarテニスオフ詳細情報
現在参加者3名の予定 指導は男性 初級〜初中級レベルの基礎練習します ボレー、ハイボレー、サーブ、スマッシュ 及びフォーメーション練習中心、形式練習のみです ゲームは人数とレベル次第で 開始時刻は8時ですが通勤時間帯につき 集合が遅れる場合があります 遅刻されても構いません 上級者の方の参加も構いませんが 球出しや練習相手になります事ご了承ください ご協力よろしく 費用は500円です（ボール代含む） 男女不問50歳迄 コート前にお集まりください 駐車場無料 怪我等に最低限の対処はいたしますが 各自責任を持って無理なく楽しくテニスしてください 充分な準備運動、水分補給等 防衛策を講じてください 雨天の中止はコート側の判断によります 直近のキャンセルは他の方へ迷惑になりますので 極力無いように願います 用事等で状況が不確かな場合はご遠慮ください
