昨年までは奉仕の気持ちでやっていましたが、今年はコーチに怒られないようにする為、奉仕でなく平等にやります。。 ■目標 インスピシングルス初級で勝てるようになる。 ■集合場所 テニスコート内 ■雨天 中止（１時間前に掲示板で連絡） ■参加費 全部練習は500円にします。交互に球出しで半分練習と試合の場合は、800円にします。試合だけの場合は、300円にします。使用したボールがあれば、無料にします。 ※自分が球出しをずっとやる場合は1000円 にします。奉仕になってしまう為 ■募集人数 先着1名(お早めに) ■内容 ①シングルスをするか？②シングルス半分練習半分、③全部練習のどれかを選択して下さい。練習の場合はスクールでの復習、自分の課題を交代で球出し 練習をやります。 ■修正 今年から平等にするので各自で修正をお願いします。特にアドバイスはしないようにします。 ■形式 試合の場合はサービス4球後、時間まで試合をします。 ■募集レベル 初級〜初中級 年齢性別 は問いません。練習する為場合は、球出しをお願いします。※中級者は初級者ができなくなるので遠慮して下さい。参加した場合は、次回から承認しません。 ■参加資格 ①ラケットを勝手に使う人、触る人、ラケットバッグを覗く社会人として常識のない人はお断りします。カードもお金も入ってますよ！ (sサークルの人達)②自己中心の人はお断りします。 ③交流目的でないのでおしゃべり目的の方は遠慮下さい。④やる気のない方は遠慮下さい。 ⑤貸したラケットを傷だらけにする人(Nさん) はお断りします。 ⑥見下した態度をする人(自分の成績に自慢する人)は次回からお断りします。 ⑦練習内容に不満がある人は遠慮下さい。 ■保険に入っていないので怪我 は自己責任でお願いします。 ■たくさん打つので、ストレッチ、準備のアップをして下さい。 ■送迎 栗橋駅から送迎はできます。 ■ラケット、貸せませんので各自で用意して下さい。 ◼️更衣室 更衣室がないので、着替えをして来て下さい。◼️近くにセブンイレブンがあります。
