開催日 ：2025年6月22日(日) 9:30～12：30 集合場所：上尾市スポーツ総合センターテニスコート A コート・Ｂコート 2面使用 参加費 ：500円 募集人員：主催者を入れて10人 募集内容：初級程度のフォームを固めたい男性、女性を募集します。テニス歴の浅い人が対象です。女性の参加も大歓迎です。テニススクールでは物足りないと思う人参加お願いします。 気軽に応募ください。 練習内容：1.基礎練習 50分(ボール出しをお願いします） ①ミニストロークラリー ②ロングストローク ③ボレー ④サーブ＆レシーブ 2.練習試合： 120分 シングルス 3ゲーム消化・ノーアド 3.後片付け：10分 ※1人でも参加予定者がいれば開催します。 保険には加入しておりません。 練習中・ゲーム時のけがや事故については自己責任でお願いします。 準備運動等は、事前に各自でお願いします。 雨天は中止です。 事前にわかれば連絡します。
