主催者のテニス歴は４年６か月 たぶん中級ぐらいです 軽くウォーミングアップした後 基本的には１０分交代で ラケ出しからのシングルスみたいな感じでやる予定です （サーブとアウトのないシングルスみたいな感じ） 多少のアウト球や追いつけるアウト球は基本継続します ボレストやクロスラリーなどの基礎練をやる場合もあります 他の事やゲームをやる場合もあります そこそこ体力必要かもしれません。 年齢、性別、レベルは問いません 何度でも参加ＯＫ ２枠参加も大歓迎 遅刻や早退は自由です 参加費は コート代やボール代込みで ３００円です
