テニス練習の再開です！ 暑さ対策のため、4週間、休みにしていました。 暑さ対策をしながら、ゆっくり目に練習します。サマータイムの８－１１時です。 豊かな自然の中、 伸び伸びと楽しく練習し、少しでも上達できるよう活動しています。 日曜の午前を自然豊かな素晴らしいところで練習しませんか。雄大な飛行機の離発着も見れます！ 楽しく仲良く練習することを第一に、マナーを守って頂ける方なら何方でもＯＫ！ レベルは初級～中上級と幅広いですが、 レベルに関係なく、基本練習を中心に行います♪♪ (スクールに行っている方など初級者からの募集です。全くの初心者はご遠慮下さい。) 後半2時間はミニゲーム or 課題練習（サーブレシーブ等）などです！ ☆ 【前半のメニュー】 ①ショートラリー （10分）、 ②ボレーボレー （5分） ③クロスラリー、ストレートラリー (15分) ＜休憩＞ ④ボレー＆ストローク （22分） ＜休憩＞ ⑤サーブ＆レシーブ （22分） ＜休憩＞ ⑥ペアボレー(2アップ対2バック)（22分）（前２Ｈ終） （後半1H） ◎ 希望者は、球出しによる初級者練習会があります。 ○その他の方は、 課題練習・ゲーム形式（サーブ・レシーブ、チャンピオンゲームほか） など ・初級者の方でも、練習できるメニューで練習してますので遠慮なくお気軽にご参加下さい。経験者（中上級～）の方も基本ショットをしっかり練習できる内容ですが、初級者が相手の時はご配慮をお願いします。 ☆2面（E,Dコート）で1面8-9人程度での練習です☆ ・休憩は、自由にお取りください。参加時間は各自の自由です(8-10時or8-11時など)。 【参加費】 参加費ボール代込み2H400円、3H500円 【アクセス】 JR川西池田駅から一駅、最寄りＪＲ北伊丹駅から徒歩10分 【その他】 Eコートにお越し下さい。途中参加・途中退場とも自由。 体調のすぐれない方は直前でも遠慮なくキャンセル下さい。 衛生管理のため、握手なし。 【駐車場等】無料駐車場あり（100台）自販機有り。更衣室あります。 【雨天及び前日雨でコート状態が悪い時は中止（クレー）】 コート状況によるので判断が難しい時もありますが、 可能な限り１Ｈ以上前に書き込みをします。 ☆第1 に楽しく、そして、しっかり練習することを目指しています。☆
