■概要 ・一通りのショットを打点精度向上のためミスしない重視で練習をします。 （1面あたり最大5～6名；駐車場次第） ※詳細は下部の備考。 ■開催日時・場所 8月15日(金)5:30-8:00 木ヶ崎公園テニスコート（ハード） ※遅刻、早退は自由です。申し込み時に教えてください。 ※2時間超ですが、休憩時間を春、秋より長くしています。 ■主な練習内容 ・アップ（ショートラリー、ショートボレスト） ・ストローク（ストレート、クロス） ・ボレスト（クロス） ・ロブスマッシュ ・サーブリターン ■募集条件 ・中級以上 ※駐車場利用の把握をします。4台分埋まり次第、募集終了いたします。 （駐車場利用者で「お断り」となりましたら、ご容赦願います） ■参加費 500円 ※遅刻、早退、一律です。 ※paypay可能です。 ※5千円札、１万円札は不可です。 ■その他注意事項 ・雨天等、中止連絡は1時間前～前日夜にいたします。 ・開始時刻から24時間以内のキャンセルは、次回参加時にキャンセル分をいただきますので、キャンセルしそうな場合は、早めにご連絡ください。 ■備考 ・打点の精度アップに向けて、①球の軌道から打点の予測、②予測した打点へ移動、③早めの準備、を連続的に練習するため、ラリーが続くようネットの高い位置を通る球の打ち合いがメインとなります。 ・同じラリー練習でも、練習目的が異なるとお互いの練習ができないことがあるため、この練習会では「ミスしない重視」としています。 ・しっかり振り抜きながら、ネットミスなく続ける方針で練習します。しっかり振り抜いてスピンのかかったロングアウトはＯＫです。 ・アングル、ドロップ、アプローチボレーのような相手の体制をくずす目的のショットは、この練習会ではNGです。（それらのショットは、球出しやテーマ練等で練習しましょう）
