・個人主催のオフです、シングルスの試合をしましょう。 【自己紹介】 ・34歳テニス歴は13年です。 ・2003〜2006 軟式 ・2016〜2025 硬式 【オフの内容】 ・19:30〜20:00 ・・ショートラリー、ボレーボレー：１０分 ・・ロングラリークロス・ストレート：各５分 ・・ボレスト・ロブスマッシュ：各10球 ・・サービス、サーブ側・リターン側：片側4球 ・20:00〜21:30(残り時間) ・・シングルスの試合(4先セミアドで総当たりののちタイブレ) 【募集対象】 ・自己判断でNTRP3.5位上、上限は無し、年齢不問 【費用】 ・開催2人なら1000円、3人なら700円 ・支払いは現金 or paypay 【使用球】 ・練習：ダンロップフォート 1～2カ月以内のもの、ちょこちょこ間引いてます ・試合：ダンロップフォート 新球 【集合場所】 ・Bコート 【駐車場】 ・無料 【その他】 ・けが防止のために事前に各自ストレッチをお願いします。 （スポーツ傷害保険には入っておりませんので、怪我等は自己責任でお願いします) よろしくお願いします!!!!!
