充実する時間、今回サーブ＆リターンを徹底練習します！たくさんサーブを打ちたい方は、お気軽にどうぞ。一緒に頑張りましょう～ 開催時間: 7:45〜9:00 【練習メニュー】 ベースラインからサーブ練習を始めます。 故障しないように、最初は肩慣らし程度から 打ち始めましょう。 デュースサイド、アドバンテージサイドから、 それぞれ１人ずつ、好きな立ち位置から、 コース・球種・スピードなどを考えて、 自由にサーブを打ってください(２〜３球)。 レシーバーは、サーブに対して、クロス方向へリターンしてください(ラリーなし)。 逆サイドの参加者に邪魔になるため、 サーブアンドボレーは禁止です。 サーブとレシーブのサイドは順次交代します。 希望があれば、最後の10分程度は サーブからのポイント練習を行います。 なお、参加者の状況によっては、 練習メニューを変更する場合があります。 ボールは60球位用意します。 【募集条件】 男女問いません。 テニスオフ初参加の方も歓迎致します。 初級者から上級者まで、サーブ練習をしたい方。 もしくは沢山レシーブをやりたい方。 必要体力レベル☆☆☆★★ レベル差があってもそれを許容できる方。 保険には入っていないので、事故の際など 各位自己責任で対応できる方。 遅刻早退は自由ですが、連絡は下さい。 【集合場所】 直接コートにお越し下さい。 【会費】 1人1000円 一律 現金かペイペイで対応いたします。
