出勤前に良い汗かきませんか？ 基本1面MAX6人、沢山ボール打てます。 運動量多く部活並の練習量です。 参加者の遅刻早退等の状況により募集人数増やす場合があります。参加者1人でもいれば開催します。 ★参加者募集★ 年齢性別は問いません。 ある程度ラリーの続く初中級以上で常識と協調性のある方を募集します。 ★時間★ 5時10時～7時45分位 遅刻早退自由です。 来る時間は事前に教えて頂けると助かります。遅刻早退の方も満遍なく練習出来る内容でやってます。 ★内容★ 5時10分だと少し暗くなってきましたのでサーブ打ちっぱなし〜ショート〜ロングラリー、ボレスト、スマッシュ、サーブリターン等ひたすら練習です。 ダブルス、シングルス、球出し等希望の練習あればやりましょう。 ★参加費★ 400円 ★駐車場は8時までに出れば料金かかりません。
