こんにちは、 “ シングルスのための練習会オフ ” を下記の要領で開催いたします。 ★募集要項：シングルスでの安定したストロークを身につけることを 中心に練習を考えていますので、よろしくお願いいたします。 （とにかく球数がうてますよ） す ＊ 場所＆時間 吹田・中の島コート (大阪府)7時～9時まで2時間 男女・年齢・問わず中級以上であればどなたでも 参加費2時間で600円 募集人員・・・5名 ※ お一人でも参加希望者がおられれば開催致します！ キャンセルの可能性がある方の申込はご遠慮下さい。 ボールはこちらで用意します。 練習内容 ミニラリーからストローク練習 １５分程度 ボレー＆ストローク 1５分程度 サーブリターン練習 15分程度 残りストロークの反復練習 課題練習 ■天候が微妙なときは主催者に電話してください。 ■プレー中の事故・怪我は自己責任とします。 ★ 雨天の場合は 『 中止 』 です。 天候微妙な時は40分前にはメール配信いたします ●集合場所 ５分前Dコートにお越しください。
