コ―トが取れたのでダブルス練習をやります(^^) 主催者枠でも募集していますので定員になる前に締め切りになる場合もありますのでご了承くださいね（*^_^*） ミニラリ― ボレ―ボレー クロスラリー ボレスト 球出しからの四人でのペアボレ― 球出し含め5箇所ロ－テ－ション 平行対雁行(雁行側センターからボレーヤ－両サイドに２分ずつ球出し 深いクロスボレー(バックサイドからは逆クロスボレーからの実践形式) 球出し含め5ケ所ロ－テ－ション サ―ブリタ―ン ひとかご 後半は５ゲームオンリー ノ－アドバンテ－ジから3ゲ―ム先取ノ―アドバンテージ(3-0なった場合は1ゲーム(サ－ブされていない方のゲームをプラス) 最後30分は４ゲームオンリーで試合を楽しみたいと思います。 沢山練習をしたいので早めに参加出来る方は１０分前にはアップして練習できるように来ていただけたらと思います。 基本主催者は練習と試合には入りませんので参加者様で回します。 レベル 中級 10～14時 ３コ－ト 参加費 ８００円 集合は３コートでよろしくお願いします(^.^) 無料駐車場がコート横にあります。 自動販売機も敷地内にあります。 更衣室あります。 近くにミニス―パ― コンビニもあります。 たくさん練習して頂き試合も楽しんで頂けたら何よりです(^o^) 営利目的ではありませんので良識の範囲内で当日含めキャンセル料金は基本頂きません(^.^) ご参加お待ちしていますね(^-^)/

今日は、曇りから始まったのに、途中から、いい天気になり、めっちゃ日焼けしてしまいました（≧∇≦） とても楽しく練習させていただきました！ありがとうございました！
