◎ボレー練習多めにやります。 ラリーはストロークボレー中心です、ご注意ください。 ※『意気込みをひとこと！』の欄には何時に到着と記入してください‼︎ ※主催者が職場を出るのが遅くなる可能性もあるので、その際は伝言メールで伝えます。 【注意事項】 ●球出し練習も含みます。皆さんも球出ししますので、球出しできる方お願いします。 ●少人数なのでキャンセルの可能性がある方は申込みをご遠慮下さい。ドタキャン困ります。 ●上級の腕前の方はいきらず胸を貸してくれる方ならウェルカムです。 【参加費】800円 【設備】無料駐車場、更衣室、自販機有り。※月曜日は更衣室が使用できません。 【オフ内容】 アップでボレボレ ①ストローク&ボレー ②球出し ボレー ③球出し ボレー ドロップ ④球出し ハイボレー ⑤アプローチからボレー練習 ⑥ロングボレー、ショートバウンドボレー ⑦ダブルスゲーム ※1 練習メニューは変わる場合あり ※2 上記の練習が一通り出来る方をお待ちしてます。 【使用球】St.James 【雨天時】開始2時間前に追加情報としてアップします。 【事故、ケガについて】自己責任で対応をお願い致します。
