基礎をしっかり固めたい方、体力＆やる気のある方を募集します！ 反復練習でストロークの安定感を徹底的に鍛えましょう。 主催者は別コートで対応しますがたまに入ることもあります。 練習内容 ショートラリー（ストレート・クロス） ロングラリー（ストレート・クロス） ボレスト 反復メインで、基礎をみっちり練習します。 募集人数 最大5名 参加費 • 2名：1,200円 • 3名： 900円 • 4名： 800円 • 5名： 700円 ※ボール（約60球）はこちらで準備します。 ✅ 対象レベル 初中級 ～ 中上級 （ある程度ラリーが続けられる初中級もOKです) 〈駐車場〉 無料です。 雨天時は30分前ぐらいに掲示板でお知らせします。 1面で最大5名です。
