練習中心の内容でボールを多く打ちます。 【内容】 ・ミニラリー/ボレーボレー(ウォーミングアップ) ・ストレートラリーとクロスラリー ・ボレーストローク ・サーブレシーブからのクロスラリー 等 ※人数が少ない場合は、練習内容相談して決めましょう。 【レベル】 ・不問 【参加費】 ・600円 【場所】 ・Cコート JR奈良線「上狛」下車、徒歩5分 無料駐車場あります。 雨天中止は開催1時間前にお知らせいたします。 他サイトからも募集しております。 沢山打つ機会があると思います。 疲れたら各自、自由に休憩してください。水分もしっかりと補給して下さいね。 それではよろしくお願い致します。
