ご覧いただきましてありがとうございます。 コートが取れましたので主催含む6名でダブルスのゲームをしたいと思います。 中級ぐらいの方を対象に募集させていただいております。 また、他でも募集しておりますので、そちらで定員となりましたらご了承下さい。 お気軽にご参加お待ちしております。怪我に気をつけて楽しくやりましょう。 ■レベル 中級 ■料金 500円 ■内容 ショートラリーで軽くウォーミングアップ後、 乱数表をもとにランダムに組合せたペアでダブルスのゲームをします。ノーアド、4ゲームオンリー、2ゲームでコートチェンジです。 最初のゲーム前に両サイド2球ずつサーブ練習します。 ■留意事項 5分前ぐらいにコート前にお集まりいただき、各自ウォーミングアップを済ませておいて下さい。 なお、怪我などは自己責任となりますのでご無理のない範囲でプレーするようお心掛け下さい。一応、絆創膏やテーピングぐらいは用意してます。
