主催者のテニス歴は５年 中級ぐらいです 軽くウォーミングアップした後 基本的には クロスラリーやボレストなどの基礎練習 など。 全てにおいて多少のアウト球や追いつけるアウト球は基本継続します 参加人数や状況によって内容は変わります ボレストやクロスラリーなどの基礎練を永遠とやる場合もあります 他の事やゲームをやる場合もあります そこそこ体力必要かもしれません。 年齢、性別、テニス歴は問いません ※基礎練が成立する必要はあります 何度でも何枠でも参加ＯＫ 参加申請した時点で承認です 遅刻や早退は自由です その他の詳細はプロフィールをみてください 参加費は ３００円です ※休憩タイミングは自由です 室内に行けばエアコンが効いていますので休みたくなったら室内に行くことをおすすめします
