開催日 ：2026年9月6日(日) 10:30～12:30 集合場所：上尾市運動公園テニスコート 3番コート 参加費 ：500円 募集人員：主催者を入れて4人 募集内容：初級程度のストロークのフォームを固めたい男性、女性を募集します。テニス歴の浅い人が対象です。女性の参加も大歓迎です。ストロークがテニススクールでは物足りないと思う人参加お願いします。 気軽に応募ください。 練習内容：1.基礎練習 50分(ボール出しをお願いします） ①ミニストロークラリー ②ロングストロークラリー ③サーブ＆レシーブ 2.練習試合：60分 3.後片付け：10分 主催者をいれて 4人集まれば、ダブルスのゲーム 4人集まらない時は、シングルスのゲームのゲーム ※一人でも参加予定者がいれば、時間・費用を調整し開催します。 保険には加入しておりません。 練習中のけがやゲーム時の事故は自己責任でお願いします。 準備運動等は、事前に各自でお願いします。 雨天は中止です。 事前にわかれば連絡します。
